The idea of a startup, of course, is to make a profit, but so far everything is purely speculative :) In general, this is a provocation project, and the result should satisfy all parties involved.
So ... buy an elephant? The idea of provocation is simple: to repeat the successful experience of Alex Tew ( MillionDollarHomePage.com ), having sold the space for banner advertising on the site KupiSlona.me , at 1 ruble per pixel. And to make it more interesting to buy, I’m selling not boring pixels, but a delivery service, which we all repeated more than once in childhood. "Buy an elephant? No, well, everyone says there is no money, and you buy an elephant ... ”The main motivation is to raise enough funds to accelerate the development of other social projects: the Tower co-working club and
training "Naked business" . Both of these projects are too courageous and even, perhaps, reckless to attract loans or investments to them :) Therefore, there is nothing left but to risk again and again.
Now a little about the essence. Everyone, including you, can buy a piece of my elephant to place your link and your banner on it. The pieces you bought will always be yours. The elephant will not change and will not go anywhere from the page. Using part of the proceeds from the sale of the elephant, I guarantee you that the site will exist for at least 5 years (and maybe more).
You can buy as many pieces as you want or how much budget is enough until they are sold out (see the statistics on the banner?). When you buy them, I will add any banner / symbol / logo of your choice there, I will post a link to your site and the advertising description that you offer. Unless, I will not publish pornographic or other illegal content (understand me correctly).
The elephant is brutally cut into an area of 100 pixels (10x10 squares each) and contains a total of 4,326 such pieces. Why exactly 10x10 - because it is a convenient minimum at which the placed banner will be visible and understandable. I sell one pixel of an elephant for 1 ruble, therefore, one piece costs 100 rubles. But even if you buy, for example, a whole trunk for 5400 rubles - it's like:
5400/5 = 1080 rubles a year, 1080/12 = 90 rubles a month.
And one piece for 100 rubles is 1.6 rubles per month. Not so expensive, right?
