Not so long ago, Runet faltered from a generous gift from Google, which successfully recounted the PR parameter. It was then that Runet and got the only project with a maximum PR of 9, this is liveinternet.ru. More recently, an idea came to mind to identify the most weighty representative of Baynet.
We have only one such site, and its PR score is 7 points out of 10. Interestingly, the “sixes” in Baynet are simply in bulk, given that we do not have many sites.
In general, here is a small list of leaders sorted by the Olympic principle - PR TIC:
