The conference program “ RHT: High Loads ” has been significantly updated. This is partly due to partnership agreements with members of the Internet and Business Association ( Yandex, Rambler, Mail.ru, Ashmanov and partners, RBC-MediaMir and many others), and partly due to the intensified work of the expert council.
About ten applications were submitted on the subject of designing scalable systems and choosing an architecture. Some of the most interesting came from Andrei Shetukhin (project architect SUP Fabrik ), theses are being specified. Anton Fedorov is preparing a report on the choice of architecture of a loaded project, based on examples of Goodoo-IT and Infoscan .
The developers of RBC-MediaMir Holding - Technical Director Alexander Gorny and Head of System Development Loveplanet , Vlad Lesin - will share their experience in developing loaded services. Igor Ermakov ( Mail.ru ) will talk about the architecture and features of mail and Mail Agent.
The developers of the Center are invited to participate in the section with a report on the loaded DNS. Separate stream I would like to highlight reports from Smotri.com , Rutube on the organization of streaming broadcasting and video caching. Mikhail Kostin, a former developer of Aport , now working on gogo.ruwill give a presentation on video search and indexing.
In the "Databases" section, a statement by Maxim Boguk (systems architect .masterhost ) was announced : "Using Slony-I in PostgreSQL solutions in large projects. Theory and practice".
In the same section on scaling PostgreSQL tell leaders Postgresmen - Nikolai Samohvalov and Ivan Zolotukhin . Their colleagues from Skype are preparing a report .
There are two new reports in the Tools section. The first will be done by Dmitry Koterov ( Yandex.MoyKrug ): “Tags for Memcached - Best Practice”. The second is Andrey Aksenov ( Sphinx ): "How to do a search on Sphinx."
We invited Yandex employees to administer and test topics : Timur Khairullin (“Load Testing Techniques”) and Maxim Lapan (“Yandex Monitoring System”), as well as Sergey Martynov (Technical Director of NotMedia ) and Dmitry Lohansky ( Z-Support CEO).
The topics of speeches before the end of the week will be determined by Dmitry Krikov (member of the expert council of the conference, technical director .masterhost ) and Sergey Skvortsov ( SpyLog , head of the web services department).
