About swill for suckers and not only

The level of service in the restaurant once could be determined in a rather simple way. It was worth going into the restaurant, looking at the menu, making sure that it does not have the line “milk” with the price tag opposite and ordering this unassuming drink. The fact is that there is always milk in the restaurant, because without it, it is impossible to cook many dishes, in particular milk shakes. A good restaurant in the face of smiling waiters will not be confused and will accept the order without talking. A less good restaurant in the person of indifferent waiters will ask you to wait a “second” and in a couple of minutes it will announce that you can order milk “of course you can.” A poor restaurant in the face of waiters resentful of life in milk will refuse, complaining that it is not on the menu.

Indeed, this method once worked well. They were skillfully used by guys who needed to quickly and without much material damage evaluate the service in several dozen restaurants. In this way I had fun. But something like this happened, and now wherever you go, they will bring milk. Is always. Everywhere. They will bring it even in the most heinous brothel with a particularly disgusting service. So I stopped playing this game, because most likely everyone guessed it, and it became uninteresting. I hope the guys who needed to quickly and without much material damage evaluate the service in several dozen restaurants also said goodbye to the dairy method.

Yesterday in Jazztown I was given a large menu. We are abouttan ordered coffee, juice and expensive pies. I ate and asked for a chewing gum. “We have no chewing gum. Absolutely not". I was a little surprised, because in many restaurants chewing gum is brought free of charge, along with the bill. And here, together with the casino, they have a hefty complex, and in all this multi-storey maze there is no chewing gum for which a person is ready to pay.

I remember that in one of the Yaroslavl restaurants there were many visitors, and cognac suddenly ended. The waiter ran a bullet for a bottle to a nearby grocery store. As a result, the visitor was satisfied, and the restaurant received even a small, but still revenue. More importantly, the restaurant has maintained a reputation. It's not difficult if you think about it.

However, in Moscow people do not want to work. They don't have to be supermen, no. Sometimes they just forget to turn on the brain, or even turn it off intentionally. Other firms are spoiled, and for small orders are either reluctantly or not at all. Often you can find such a disregard for the attitude that it becomes incomprehensible to the mind how people generally manage to earn some money. But the money they earn goes to an equally disgusting service of the same indifferent people. And the economy of our country is made up of this - indifference and gouging reigns here.

Many are upset that in Russia all niches of business have long been occupied. These many are not even aware that you can take almost any field, focus on quality and succeed. Indeed, in our case almost every company looks like a sieve upon detailed examination, from which huge opportunities and prospects ooze thanks to flaws. I do not understand the economy and am not familiar with professional management. I argue as a person who came to Moscow six months ago and since then has been everywhere indifferent. Today it is possible to compete even with giants. You just need to do your job properly. Time will pass, and many will realize this. And it will become harder to compete.
