I want to share the story of my first startup. The idea came to my mind in the early morning in early March 2007 after hard night work on regular projects. Getting ready for bed, I saw the program “Russian Motto” on RTR and thought: why not do it on the Internet? (a banal phrase, well, actually yes ... :-)) A search in RuNet of similar projects didn’t give me anything and I, delighted, started writing a small business plan for the project.

The costs of the project turned out to be significant:
- to get a license for the lottery - lotprom.ru
- permission from the tax service
- a mobile SMS platform for buying tickets through online
advertising
I did not take into account the costs of developing the Internet project itself, since I myself have been doing this for a long time.
But then everything went wrong: sometimes there wasn’t enough time to make more accurate miscalculations of budgets, then with current projects a blockage. As a result, I see this in the list of Lebedev’s new projects - www.lottoshop.ru And everything seems painfully familiar to me)) Here it is - “The first lottery on the Internet”. After almost a year, she opened, only by other people and with a different name.
What is surprising: the draw system is identical to mine - through a webcam (for now, everything is empty on their website for some reason, but before that there was definitely a video with draws).
But I ask you in no case to think that I want to say with this topic that my idea and so on ... No, everything is fine and ideas fly in the air. Someone caught it with me, but showed great perseverance in its implementation, I can only congratulate them on this))
I'm more interested in how much it pays off and how much profit this project brings. Is it even close to arriving at least a little to the numbers I have stated in the project description. If so, then I will only be glad that I can generate such successful ideas))
Although, on the other hand, they could nevertheless think better of the system for drawing and participating in the game, in my opinion it is not ideal for them.
What I want to say in the end: do not lose ideas and bring them to the end!
