About SUPERHabr, karma and other ...

Gentlemen, keep in mind that I write this all on my personal blog. For those who have already gotten the topic of karma and Habr, I apologize in advance, the rest go in profile and minus there for pleasure.

I got all this fuss with karma and SUPERhabr :( I got
myself a virtual (I got it a year ago and have not used it since), and here’s what I can tell you - I really enjoy the fact that I can now write comments on Habré without worrying about that another asshole will think about my posting and will not drive my karma into the minuses. I’ll abandon the old nickname, what the hell did he give up?
Excessive preoccupation with each and every unhappy karma harms the project. 1 comment in 5 minutes now suits me. But I can comment as I please and not worry about whether my comment is liked by the next asshole or not. But I will not post anything else, let idealists plow for free content for Futuriko, but I will only read. Drive this virtual in such a way that it will be quite inconvenient to use it - I’ll start the next one, they’ll be banned by ip — no one has canceled the proxy server, and I have five hefty spare Squids at work.

Why do you need this karma? Virtual authority? He wrote sensible, tortured things, quite politely communicated (I am not at all a supporter of rudeness and extremism on the Internet, the age is not the same). Over the year I gained some kind of karma, not really caring about it. Yesterday, in a couple of places, he expressed an open opinion about this soap bubble called "Superhabr" and got his own. Now I get a pleasure of limitations and a clear annoyance from all this. So why bother, it’s better to get used to the fact that there will be some restrictions, but behave the way you are used to. I can’t minus one? Well, okay.

I was thinking - why the hell am I kindergarten with karma and all these games are needed? I work as an IT manager in a normal company, I have a serious job, what should I care about virtual authority on one, albeit interesting to me site?
Yes, here (we :) are interesting. Yes, I go to Habr daily and this is one of the best news resources on IT (if you filter the market and spam, of course). But why should I care that a bunch of assholes disagree with me and I should strive for an imaginary "authority" on this site? I will only read and comment, and write - in my personal blog with my personal rules.
I saw here over the past year a lot of people who wrote interesting things, but who left only because they were crushed by a gray mass. Karma is evil. Where will Futuriko get content when the authors scatter? Creative needs appropriate conditions.

PS Whatever you think - no ... it's not because I was offended that karma was carried to me. This is because I finally realized that I do not care :) Enjoy games with arrows.
