Opera Software opens office in Silicon Valley

    Opera Software , the only company providing web browsers for all devices, is going to settle in Silicon Valley - the center of the technology industry.

    The central office of Opera Software is located in the capital of Norway - Oslo. In addition, the company has nine branches in Sweden, Poland, China, Korea, Japan and the United States. In the United States, Opera Software opened its first office in 2005, in California's San Diego. Now, two American offices of the company should deal with both improving relations with old business partners and finding new ones. Partners and clients now include Google, Yahoo, Adobe, Motorola, Palm, Nintendo, Qualcomm and other companies that use Opera browsers in their products.

    To announce its arrival in Silicon Valley, Opera Software chose the Rickshaw Stop location in San Francisco. The doors to an event called Rock Opera will open on October 25 at 5:00 p.m. PST. Among the invitees will be partners, customers and members of the Opera community, as well as the press.

    Opera Software's new office is located at 700 E. El Camino Real, Suite 310, Mountain View, CA 94040.
