Samsung SyncMaster 220TN Monitor with VoIP

At the IFA 2007 in Berlin, Samsung introduced the new SyncMaster 220TN monitor with the ability to make video calls and access the network without having to connect to a PC.

SyncMaster 220TN is equipped with a 500 megahertz Geode LX800 processor, a built-in 10/100 Mbit / s Ethernet adapter, a 2-megapixel Web camera and 4 USB ports. Given all this, this display can be a good solution to use as a workstation. This whole thing works on Windows XP. And pre-installed software for VoIP allows you to make calls (and video calls too) without connecting to a PC. A microphone and speakers in the device are also available. The monitor has a diagonal size of 22 inches, supports a maximum resolution of 1680 × 1050 pixels. The response time is 5 ms.

It is not yet known when the SyncMaster 220TN and its "brother" 225UW will appear on sale, and how much they will cost.
