Microsoft has added three-dimensional service Live Search Maps
Microsoft has added three-dimensional city models to its Live Search Maps mapping service . Of course, a similar decent time is already present in Google Earth, but in this case three-dimensional images are displayed in the browser, and the picture quality differs for the better from the Google service. All textures of virtual models are based on photographs of real prototypes. In addition to Internet Explorer support, naturally, the service works fine in Mozilla Firefox.
Like Google Earth, in Live Search Maps there are three-dimensional models of only major cities and sights, but Microsoft promises to expand the number of models.
Actually, this is how the updated service looks:

It is a pity that all this beauty requires a graphics card with support for DirectX 9.
