Yesterday, a man from VGTRK called me (gygy, I also asked if I knew such a company and didn’t use it to decrypt it - the All-Russian State (!) TeleRadio Company).
So, this little man persistently asked me to remove videos from the website of the Sport TV channel from the site .
These videos are laid out on Video.Mail.Ru . There I sent him sobssna.
The question is - in our legislation, what is spelled out in this regard? In theory, the All- Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company should submit all its complaints to Mail.Ru or to me?
Were there any cases in RuNet regarding the observance of copyright to video files like Youtube vs Viacom ?
