What is most surprising:
Dear RF Government, why do we need a tunnel to these strange people?
I quote:
The Senate Legal Committee of the United States approved a bill that prohibits foreign states from creating international oil and gas organizations on the basis of the OPEC.
Further:
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Mikhail Kamynin said in connection with the preparation of this bill that Russia considers the sovereign right of any state to create alliances in the oil and gas field. The Russian diplomat stressed that this is not the first time the United States has been trying to extend its laws “beyond national territory”.
What is most surprising:
American congressmen wrote a letter to the head of the Department of State, Condoleezza Rice. In it, they demanded to inform the Russian government that the creation of the gas cartel would be considered as a deliberate threat to the United States, and the gas OPEC itself would be nothing more than a “global organization for extortion and racketeering”.
Dear RF Government, why do we need a tunnel to these strange people?
