VoIP will not be taxed

VoIP Provider Tax Bill proposed last year by the US FCC was defeated.

The Federal Court of Appeal has ruled that VoIP services are not subject to government regulation. For many companies involved in the provision of voice Internet services, it has become saving: interest in VoIP could easily decline due to higher prices.

It is possible that the authorities will make a new attempt to introduce a tax on VoIP, as this service is increasingly crowding out traditional telephony.
