Euroset launched the commercial operation of its virtual operator of the same name. So far, only residents of the Samara region can become Euroset subscribers; within a month, “connection” is expected in the Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions, the republics of Bashkortostan and Mordovia.
The Euroset partner was the mobile operator SMARTS, whose head office is located in Samara.
According to the press center of Euroset, the new virtual operator does not plan to dump and arrange a “price collapse”: the main emphasis will be placed on the convenience of subscribers in access to mobile content - ringtones, pictures, etc. The peculiarity is that all content on the wap-portal will be available for download for free, and subscribers will only need to pay the cost of traffic.
