QIP has the ability to set an avatar for users who do not have one.
To do this, you need to create / find the desired avatar for the user and put it in the "Users \ ICQ NUMBER \ Devils" folder, which is located in the QIP folder. You also need to set the "Read-only" attribute for the avatar.
After that, you can enjoy the QIP user avatar, which will appear immediately, i.e. without rebooting QIP
