November 29 begins the sale of additional shares of the Finam - Information Technology venture capital fund . As Habrahabr already reported , the volume of this mutual fund is supposed to increase by about 150 million rubles. These funds will be used to purchase assets in the IT sector, as well as to increase shares in projects that are already part of the fund. The additionally issued 210 units of Finam IT will be available for purchase within two weeks: from November 29 to December 12, 2006.
Recall that now the Finam IT assets structure includes blocks of shares and stakes in the Buka, Mamba, Search Technologies, and Ashmanov and Partners projects. As of the end of October 2006, the value of the venture fund's assets was estimated at approximately 250 million rubles. The cost of one share was 713219.25 rubles.
