MySpace Founder Invests in Flurl.com

    MySpace founder Brad Greenspan is investing in the Flurl.com search engine . The amount of investment was not disclosed, according to TechWeb .

    The acquisition of the dominant stake in Flurl was made through the company LiveUniverse , created by Greenspan to work in the field of online video, entertainment and social networks. In the future, the company plans to attract large financiers and content partners for cooperation.

    Flurl.com indexes images, audio and flash content based on RSS feeds and “manual” analysis. Belgian service traffic in September 2006 amounted to 5.6 million unique visitors (according to comScore Networks).
