Is Subscribe.ru alive or not?

I tried to prepare the newsletter release early this morning and could not. Subscribe.ru server is unavailable. I don’t understand anything. Trying to access the server from a working computer - the same story.
Or maybe the problem is only with me, or is someone also suffering? How to check?

In such situations, when a public site is unavailable, information about this should appear somewhere. The service has millions of users, and no one knows anything and remains in the dark, not knowing where to find out the reason.
