If one robot can pull a load a hundred times the weight of this robot, then what will six robots be capable of? Scientists from Stanford University were able to move the car with the help of several miniature devices.

Ants can lift weights several times greater than their own. At Stanford, they have been working on robots with similar characteristics for several years. Already in 2015, robots from Stanford lifted a load 100 times the weight of the device itself .

In order to transfer large prey, the same ants work together, pulling it with the whole friendly team. And what will happen if several robots work together? It turned out that six three-centimeter robots will be able to move the car.

To stay on the surface, robots use one of the technologies donated by nature: like suction cups on the legs of geckos, a special material uses the van der Waals forces of intercololecular interaction .
