Photos from Russian-made solar panels

As GT wrote today , the first full-cycle production of solar panels has been launched in Russia. The Hevel company, under whose brand the panels are manufactured, was founded by the Russian companies Renova (51%) and RUSNANO (49%).

LiveJournal user z_alexey (Alexey Zabolotnov) got the opportunity to walk around with a camera right before Dmitry Medvedev visited the plant , and took many interesting photos. With his permission, I post them on our resource.

The robot grabs one of the substrates and transfers it to the cassette, a set of 20 substrates. After assembly, the cartridges are moved to the desired operation. The robot collects a cartridge of 20 substrates no longer than a minute.

Each (!) Module is tested for performance under standard measurement conditions. The production management system transfers the measurement data to the installation of the label sticker. Based on this data, the modules are sorted by power.

    General plan of the plant

Technical characteristics of the modules . The nominal peak power of the panels is 120 - 125 W (under standard test conditions - the ideal angle of incidence of light with an intensity of 1000 W per square meter and at a temperature of 25 degrees). The manufacturer guarantees a capacity of at least 90% of the declared for 10 years, and at least 80% for 20 years.
