LED lamps REV

Auchan, OBI, 220 volt, Yulmart, pleer.ru stores sell cheap REV LED lamps. During the existence of the lamptest.ru project, I already tested 9 lamps of this brand, but in order to finally deal with them, I bought 10 REV lamps in Auchan that did not come to me earlier, and tested them.

I measured the lamp parameters with Viso LightSpion , UPRtek MR350D and Robiton PM2 . The first ten lamps are the ones that I just bought in Auchan (they are in the title photo), the remaining nine are the ones that have been tested before.

The worst is a high level of ripple in 9 out of 19 lamps. The light from such lamps can lead to eye fatigue and general fatigue. Such lamps should not be used in residential premises.

On the boxes of all REV lamps, it is indicated that the CRI RA color rendering index is> 80. This is a lie. In fact, only three of the nineteen lamps have it more than 80, while the remaining sixteen lamps have it in the range 72.9-77.7.

According to GOST R 54815-2011, the measured initial luminous flux of the LED lamp must be at least 90% of the nominal luminous flux. Out of 19 tested lamps according to the luminous flux (in fact, this is the amount of light that the lamp gives), only 2 lamps correspond to GOST, and the rest give only 64-88% of the promised.

Only one out of nineteen lamps is good. This is REV-A60-8.5W-230V-2700K-E27 for 195 rubles. It shines like a 60-watt incandescent lamp (although they promised the equivalent of 70 watts), it has a decent CRI = 85 and there is no ripple of light.

Another filament lamp REV-FA60-7W-230V-2700K-E27 for 211 rubles has a good CRI = 81.9, it has practically no light pulsation, but it shines like a 55-watt incandescent lamp at the promised 70 watts.

All other lamps either have a high ripple of light, or a low CRI, or all together.

Only three of the nineteen lamps can work with switches that have an indicator. The rest flashes or burns slightly when the switch is turned off.

The manufacturer indicates a warranty period of 2 years for all lamps and most likely during this period it will be possible to change them or return money in most stores.

Perhaps someone will say: “What did you want from cheap lamps?” I will answer that I would like from them to honestly indicate the parameters, in addition I am sure that it is unacceptable to produce and sell lamps with pulsation 100%.
