    Intermedia is a company that is controlled by the Russian Copyright Society (RAO).     Intermedia specialists calculated that the revenues from the transfer of music and video on the Internet, as well as the proceeds from the sale of gadgets that allow the playback of media content, make up a very significant part of the cultural and entertainment industry in Russia. Out of 941.7 billion rubles. The total market revenue for these two segments was about 619 billion rubles. And telecom operators, providers, as well as technology vendors get the most out of it when customers change physical media to access the Internet. As a result, the recording industry is collapsing. “This led to an almost complete cessation of investment in content creation,” the agency said in a report.
