HeadHunter calculates how graduate salaries change

    The Ministry of Education and Science has published salary data for graduates in 2013, and HeadHunter has calculated how salaries in different sectors change over time after employment.

    According to the Ministry of Education, graduates of 2013 who came to work in 2014 could apply for the maximum salary in the field of economics and management. Graduates of the Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences could count on a salary of 110 thousand rubles. Representatives of the IT industry and lawyers got a salary of 80-100 thousand rubles.

    HeadHunter analyzed changes in salaries. The most profitable professions are with lawyers, bank employees and programmers. Head of the “Databank” HeadHunter Natalya Danina clarified that the level of salaries is highly polarized, and in each company of one segment of the salary of graduates without experience may differ by half.

    The figures presented by HeadHunter differ from the information of the Ministry of Education. The highest salary at the beginning of a career expects programmers, but Moscow companies offer them 44 thousand rubles a month. Lawyers will receive 38 thousand. Sales workers, bank employees and advertisers can get a salary of 35 thousand rubles.

    Three years later, programmers get an average of 86 thousand. Employees of the banking sector, marketing and investment at this time receive 60-69 thousand rubles.

    Five years later, programmers can count on 120 thousand a month. Lawyers and marketers at this time reach 86 thousand rubles.

    Seven to eight years of experience in the popular field can count on 100 or more thousand rubles. Programmers as development directors are starting to receive 230,000, as are banking sector managers.
