How it looks: Rocket Callback account

    Today we decided to talk a bit about how your personal account in Rocket Callback looks like , what it is there and what it is for. On the main page you can see the statistics of calls for 4 types of periods and listen to them there. You can attach several widgets to one account and switch between them in one window:

    Statistics where you can see the site, customer number, date and time, manager number, call status and time, listen to the conversation record. Now we are sawing a function that would grab and show where the client came from - from a search engine, social network, from another site. So far, the value is “Direct approach”:

    The page where all widgets are displayed. There you can add, delete and edit. By clicking on the pencil icon, we get to the widget editing page.

    Here the address of the site and the numbers of managers are filled. You can set an extension number and send a call to a specific department. The number of forms for departments is unlimited, as well as manager numbers.

    To control the work of managers, you can turn on SMS and email informing on your personal phone and email - so you will always be aware of who misses calls:

    Managers and dialing rules


    Here you can set the dialing rules. At first, we didn’t have this function and calls were received in turn to all the indicated phones, but then, having received a feedback, we decided to fasten the ability to choose the format that is most convenient for the client. For example, "by chance" allows you to spontaneously check managers, and "all at once" - to check who responds faster. You can immediately set the chime time:

    One of our features that allows you to personalize the widget and set the image can be a company logo, a photo of a manager, a photo from photo stocks or any other image. You can immediately crop it and trim it under the area:

    Working hours


    Time zones, days and hours. It can be noted immediately “all days”, and also “we work on holidays”. After the update, you do not need to change the widget code. As soon as you set the time, it will automatically show on the site whether any of the managers will be able to receive the call now, and if not, when:

    Widget style


    Here we have 10 colors of the widget window, you can still play with transparency and choose the color that suits you best, so there will definitely not be merging with the pop-up site. It is possible to round the corners, or vice versa - leave a rectangle:

    Not everyone wants an image on the widget, so we offer the option not to upload either the logo or manager photo:

    There you can configure a button that brings up a window. Several colors and sizes are available, control of the button location and its complete shutdown:

    Settings and Algorithms


    When we installed callback widgets in the summer, we were terribly annoyed that there was no choice for customers - the widget could not be turned off, it always popped up on the screen. It was only possible to configure how often it would appear on the screen, but there was no complete shutdown. The ability to make the widget passive was the first step, with which we generally started. This function allows you to turn off the spontaneous popup of the widget - in this case, the window will appear only when you click on the button. You can achieve this result by moving the slider to the 0 mark:

    At 100, the widget turns into a terrible weapon of mass destruction. Yes. Below you can configure the engagement index. “Catch at the entrance” - the widget will be displayed on the first visit. "Catch the slow-thinking" - those who spend a lot of time on the site. “Catch on exit” - those who are going to leave the site. “Catch new ones” - those who are on the site for the first time. All this is regulated. So, the closer the slider is to the “0” mark, the more passive the widget:

    To prevent competitors from zeroing the budget, there is the possibility of blacklisting for specific phone numbers and IP addresses:

    Widget code


    Well, the last, but not the value, but according to the list. Actually, the code itself, which is generated based on what was selected in the previous tabs. Just copy it and paste in front of the main page and the widget will start working:

    And yet our one feature that we have introduced recently is the ability to install Rocket on your button. For example, not everyone likes that a ball with the image of a button is spinning on their website, for some, a small die in a hat prefers. We can set the widget window on this plate:

    That's the whole personal account. We tried to provide customers with the full range of tools that are on the market. As for the style and algorithms, then at first we wanted to paint everything in a detailed way, but when we saw that many people prefer to use the widget on the default settings, we reduced everything to minimalism and simplicity. If the client wants to get into the settings, then everything will take no more than a minute.
