OWASP Testing Guide 4.0 Crowdsourcing Translation Launched in 30+ Languages (Including Russian)
Today, an entry appeared on the OWASP twitter inviting everyone to join the OWASP Testing Guide 4.0 translation . You can join the translation here . In short, OWASP (The Open Web Application Security Project) is an open project whose goal is to make application security more transparent so that any developer is aware of potential vulnerabilities or weaknesses in his application. Within the framework of the project, the community (anyone can join) is working on articles, documentation and tools that can be useful in application security issues. All this is in the public domain . One of the OWASP projects is
Testing Guide . This guide includes “best practices” for pentests that users can use in their organizations and a “low-level” pentest guide that describes techniques for testing the most common security problems in web applications and web services.
It is to the translation of this project that we are invited to join. At the moment there is an opportunity in 30 languages: I
remind you that you can join the translation here: crowdin.com/project/owasp-testing-guide-40
