The last day of registration for the three-day program "Creating a global IT startup"


    How to create a startup, bring it to the international market, attract investment and open a representative office in Silicon Valley?

    To get answers to these and other questions, the Kiev-Mohyla Business School, with the support of the GeeksLab project , invites you to a three-day program " Creating a global IT startup ", which will be held on August 7-9 in Kiev. The author and teacher of the program is an entrepreneur from Silicon Valley, the general director of rollApp Vlad Pavlov (Palo Alto, California).

    During the training, we will look at the startup life cycle from three points of view:
    • entrepreneur - the choice of a business idea, the creation of an international team, a business model, incorporation, obtaining visas, etc.
    • investor - “internal mechanics” of venture capital funds, criteria for investment decisions, the process of interaction between investor and startup, etc .;
    • organizational and logistic issues - how not to step on the rake.

    During the seminar there will also be live meetings and teleconference with star representatives of the region, namely:
    • Max Skibinsky (San Francisco) - a partner of the Andreessen Horowitz Foundation, in the past he created 7 startups, and was also an investor / advisor in a large number of other companies;
    • Igor Shoyfot (San Francisco) - serial entrepreneur and investor, founder of more than 10 and investor in more than 40 startups in Silicon Valley, head of the board of the largest Ukrainian business incubator Happy Farm;
    • Evgeny Sysoev (Kiev) - Managing Partner of AVentures Capital, at the recent iForum he was called the most influential person in the Ukrainian venture capital market;
    • Evelyn Buchatsky (Kiev) - managing partner of the EastLabs accelerator;
    • Maxim Shkolnik (Kiev) - founder of the Address.ua project, formerly SVP at Viewdle and a managing partner at Technobridge venture company;
    • Nikolay Mityushin (Moscow) - Investment Director, ABRT Venture Fund;

    During the first two days, participants will listen to lectures, perform practical tasks and communicate with invited speakers, a business game will be held on the third day, which will allow in practice to design a technology startup business and prepare it for attracting venture investments.
