Explanatory phraseological dictionary of the head - with explanations

I read the article . The article is interesting, but I think that for each situation there are different realities. And since I have management experience in both the development and the management of the company, I would like to comment on some phrases from this dictionary, so to speak, passing them through the prism of a broader opinion than the view of the development manager. And the point here is not that software development is a specific thing - on the contrary, any leader, in my opinion, should consider the situation from all sides and then decide to use a specific phrase or not. Let's proceed:

“Everything is bad! Must do it faster! We need to do better! "- it can also mean that there is a lot of work, the team is working hard, and the boss is fast-paced; and the fact that 2 orders are hanging for 3 days and the team is incompetent and has been pulling them for a couple of weeks.
"We have no irreplaceable!"- this is the phrase: a) a leader in a large company, where + - a couple of people do not solve absolutely anything. b) The phase of the leader who is ready to sacrifice the specialist to whom he says this - because if you say this, then subconsciously you are ready to part with such an employee, and this is also a beacon to the employee - because they will not say this to a good specialist - it’s very difficult to look for employees - much harder than looking for a job, especially with some specifics and with the finished organization of production. It’s much harder and more expensive to train another sheep of the same kind than to leave the one who already knows how to do it all, but fundamentally such people are really replaceable without any problems.
“Only the best will remain after the project!” - Well, as if the project has been going on for 3 months and during these 3 months the manager sees that Vasya and Petya do nothing at all and work from under the stick - then why are they needed in the team? From the point of view of a competent worker, this phrase will not change anything at all - for it is included in the definition of “best” and this phrase is deeply parallel to it.
“You are responsible for everything!” - for everything that is due to you according to your duties. Do not forget that most often people complain that they were filled up with work not because they were given more work, but because they do poorly and work accumulates - here is the analogy with the institute - you do nothing during the semester - at the end of the semester - “piled on”, and those who do everything on time - just as calmly give up and do not worry.
“Thinking is my job! Just do as I say! ” - in general and in general - the phrase is bad, because creativity and initiative from employees is the key to good work. But when the deadlines are on, you just need to take 2 and multiply by 2, while getting four, and the subordinate says - “I’ve thought, if you take the Leibniz formula, find the value of the variable from it, then take the derivative of the function in which this value reaches having integrated the maximum and decomposed in pairs into members, which then, multiplied by 27.875, folded, we will more elegantly get four, well ... not exactly four, but there will be 4,0007897 - well, almost four! ” - then the phrase "YOU, multiply two by two, do not reinvent the wheel!" It will do just fine. And this is just a modified phrase, "Just do as I said."
“Do what is entrusted to you, and do not get into your own business!” - There is such a thing as hierarchy, and the mechanism of the company works well when each part of it works well. There is an accountant who knows how to reduce debit and credit perfectly - and there is a cleaner Claudia Vasilievna - and the accountant can tell Claudia Vasilyevna that she cleaned poorly in the office, but Claudia Vasilievna better not tell the accountant how to calculate pension accruals correctly.
Well and so on.
The words "mediocre", "bad", "nothing" - and some others, have taken the place of more precise, but less censored words that were originally present in this post.
I would like to add from myself - a good leader in my opinion should understand that these phrases can be interpreted in different ways - once they need to be said, because not only leaders are different, but also employees. The original article is a kind of “ideal gas” or “absolutely black body” - in terms of the fact that for its fairness it is necessary that all, absolutely all members of the team, be high-class specialists who are 100% able to do their job in a high-quality and timely manner. But this, alas, does not happen.
I will explain - this is not entirely criticism, since in general the article is gracious - and managers still need to take care of themselves and their expressions. But on the other hand, a leader should not be appointed for beautiful eyes - for me, the “Leader” is a person who knows more about the project than anyone else and is able to complete it better than anyone if he could do it technically.
