Texet TM-607TV: a phone disguised as an Android smartphone
A press release came about the new Texet phone - TM-607TV. This is exactly the phone, that is, there is no Android in it. Although, if you look at the photos, you can suspect the presence of the specified operating system here - take at least the keys below the screen.

They are exactly the same as in the previous generation Android smartphones. Probably, the Asian developers took the case from the smartphone and inserted the stuffing from the usual touchscreen mobile phone on the Taiwanese MediaTek chipset.
The interface is also well disguised as Android - see the captions for the icons on the main screen. Similarly, the inscriptions looked in Android 2.3 and older versions. Screen resolution - 320 x 480 pixels - is also typical of old and cheap Android-backgrounds.
But TM-607TV, of course, has differences from the latter. Firstly, the phone does not support 3G and Wi-Fi, while all modern devices on Android with the "third generation" are compatible. (I remember, once there was a model on Android without Wi-Fi, it seems that Acer has one, but now it’s not.)
You will not find a 1.3-megapixel camera in a smartphone either, especially an analog TV tuner. Samsung once released a pair of phones with this feature, but apparently they were sold on average, and there was no mass mobile television in such an implementation.

Texet TM-607TV costs 2,100 rubles (about $ 65). The fact that Android smartphones are already very close to this mark smiles - recall the MegaFon Login for 2,600 rubles (about $ 83).
Do you think someone needs touch phonesor not already? It is clear that the buttons are still needed, because there are the same elderly people who find it difficult to get used to the touchscreen, but touch ones?
