Sberbank buys the Yandex.Money payment system

Sberbank of Russia has agreed to purchase the electronic payment system Yandex.Money, a senior source at a credit institution told Forbes. On Wednesday, Yandex CEO Arkady Volozh and Sberbank President German Gref will announce an agreement at a meeting with reporters in the office of the Internet company. Details of the transaction will be known later.
