Official Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 released in Russian
On February 28, 2013, after several years of waiting, the final version of the WCAG Internet Accessibility Guidelines Version 2.0 in an authorized Russian translation was finally published.
The transfer was organized by the UN Russia Information Center , and the coordinator was Daniel Novichkov .

We hope that the appearance of the official Russian translation of WCAG 2.0 will help improve the availability of sites on the Russian Internet and will draw additional attention to the general philosophy of accessibility.
