Based on the post “Who Owns Bynet?”

Today, at 12:00 Minsk time, a charity auction of domains that at different times and for various reasons were blocked by the OAC will start. Although speaking at different times and for various reasons is somewhat wrong, since most of them fell into reserve in August-September 2012, when Open Contact massively dropped domains that were illegally registered for a long time. The list of domains that were auctioned can be viewed at this link hoster.by/about/news/1012/#.UGk8fWJntLI I recall that a year ago the list of “saved” OACs was almost twice as many as the domains listed in that article, the auction did not fall (with the exception of business.by) it.tut.by/246565

    Let's return to the current list, which was supplemented on September 27 with the following domains: 09.by, body.by, eye.by, fax.by, find.by, for.by, get.by, okey.by, only.by, pass .by, street.by.

Interestingly, unlike the other names, the registrar of which is the Operations and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus, these were registered by an individual in August-September of the current year.

I think everyone will understand that even in the .by zone these names could not be in free registration until now, those who are interested in Baynet know that these domains were released just in August-September and were intercepted, and it took less than a second to intercept most of them, which could be confirmed if the current technical administrator left the domain registration time in the information provided by whois, as was done before the end of August this year. I think that during this time an ordinary person will not have time to register a domain, especially considering the features of payment for services through the Hoster.by website. Is it not by chance that Hoster.by left only the registration date in whois, removing the exact time?
I also add that in addition to these domains added to the general list on September 27, there are those that were registered in the same way, but for some reason they do not want to put them up for auction for some reason. Perhaps an unknown individual found them more valuable, maybe they will be added later. To be able to further verify the correctness of my guesses, I will give examples of such domains: spravka.by, torrent.by.

I am not against charity and I am not against a charity auction, I would not want Hoster.by to follow in the footsteps of Open Contact and use its position as the technical administrator of the zone to intercept domains.
