Work with AdMob in Russia will be easier from October 1, 2012

There is good news for Russian developers of mobile applications using AdMob as a means of monetization. On October 1, a new instruction of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation comes into force ON THE ORDER
    OF
SUBMISSION BY RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS OF AUTHORIZED BANKS OF DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION RELATED TO
CARRYING OUT OF CURRENCY OPERATIONS ...

These instructions, unlike the outdated “official” document , are clearly present.

    Quote:

Section II. The procedure for processing, closing, reissuing a transaction passport, submitting
confirming documents by residents to authorized banks, compiling and maintaining a
bank control sheet, transferring a transaction passport to another authorized bank and
features of accounting for foreign exchange operations on letters of credit
    Chapter 5. General provisions
5.1. The requirements of this section apply to the following agreements (contracts,
agreements, preliminary agreements, proposals for the conclusion of such agreements (agreements)
containing all the essential terms of the agreement ( offer, public offer ) concluded between
residents and non-residents, draft agreements (contracts, agreements), which provide for
the implementation of foreign exchange transactions related to settlement through resident accounts opened in
authorized banks and (or) through the accounts of residents opened with non-resident banks ( alley - contracts)

As far as I know, many Russian developers do not draw up an IP, because they are afraid of difficulties with VK at banks requiring signed agreements or other documents that it is not possible to obtain from AdMob.

The new document partially clarifies this point, and from October 1, 2012, the individual entrepreneur and LLC should have fewer problems with the currency control of the bank when receiving income from AdMob or other organizations working on a public offer.
