All users of the BlackBerry PlayBook have access to update 2.0.1.358. The update contains many improvements:
- Improvements in the Browser that improve the performance of some sites
- Improved support for Android applications
- Optimization of applications Video Chat, Contacts (PIM) and BlackBerry Bridge
- And even more!
If the update icon did not appear on the main screen, go to the settings and on the Software Updates tab click the Check button.
My first impressions. The size of the update I had was 354 megabytes. After the update, the Zinio application appeared. Downloading BAR files from a computer using the blackberry-deploy utility works. I was glad that they scrolled the scroll in the browser when the image is enlarged - now the browser "understands" when you scroll vertically and when horizontally. Also, users report improvements to the browser, in particular Internet banking, etc.
