Commerce in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation
Not so long ago, management expressed the idea of the need to create patriotic computer games . In them, finally, children will be able to play for our heroes and not for the American.
The idea was supported by President Dmitry Medvedev and budgeted.
The first results appeared:
The site of the Ministry of Defense of Russia mil.ru was developed by the IT company Systematika. In 2010, she won a tender for 36 million rubles. The games are presented in the "Multimedia" section, there are 4 of them in total :
- sapper
- tetris
- sea battle
- some strange test
And they are not going to stop there! Soon they will be supplemented by a test of knowledge of history (the war of 1812) and a test of the Air Force.
In September 2011, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation held a competition to create an engine similar in functionality to World of Warcraft and costing 90 million rubles, but because of the lack of participants it did not take place.
In my opinion, this is an example of success. They split among themselves 36 million rubles and ordered a slurred site for students with several flash toys. We need a lot of experience in commerce to successfully turn this around.
Threat
though they could license WorldOfTanks from Belarusians. Theft would not have been so striking.
