Casting ideas for the Moscow informatization plan for 2012

A little over a month ago, the Moscow Government conducted a study among developers on how the information infrastructure of the city should be developed ( habratopik about Roadmap ). This time I have the honor to publish the results of this survey and some plans that became its consequence. In order not to pour water, I will simply quote the letter from the representative of the press service of the Moscow Department of Information Technologies Elena Novikova, which I received last week.

I am pleased to invite you, your colleagues and friends, including from Habr, to participate in the casting of ideas for the Moscow Informatization Plan for 2012, which we hold here dit.mos.ru/ideas until December 1.The best projects will get a chance to be implemented on a citywide scale and will qualify for budget financing. By making the plan approval process public, we are trying to equalize the chances of large lobbyists and small, but very dynamic and innovative development teams that cannot always reach us in a normal situation. And of course, we would not want to lose sight of any new trends and technologies that could become “game changers” for sore city problems.

We don’t forget open data either) Thanks to the survey that you announced on Habré, we collected fairly representative data on the desires and priorities of the developers and drew up an action plan (available in this presentation - http://www.slideshare.net/DITMoscow/open -data-9784819 ).

Thank you for your cooperation, I am waiting for an answer regarding a meeting with our specialist on mobile platforms.

    Sincerely,
    Elena Novikova,
