And finally, I note that ARG is not a game. Everything is real here - sites, phone numbers, places and sometimes even people. Participants do not know the rules - they rely on their own mistakes. And if you decide to twist something like that - know that you also have to hurt your head against the pitfalls and think ahead of a well-organized and, possibly, conspiratorial community.

Forward to the future

Oh, exploitable!
As an ordinary citizen, I am interested in participating in such projects. But they, unfortunately, are still few, and they do not differ in the quality of the supply of material. Therefore, for the sake of the common good, it would be nice to highlight three fundamental points that may well belong to the pen of K.O .:
- ARG should get the nth mass of initiative users who will take on their broad shoulders the burden of spinning the game itself. To achieve this goal, you need either the holy hope that the players will be found by themselves and no one needs to do anything, or they need a banal PR (if someone makes a movie, a game or something that is somehow known in the world, this will become starting point for future players).
- ARGs are solved in communities, so you can - and even need to - provide players with a place: a forum or even a VKontakte group, where they can discuss the details. Of course, players like to unite themselves, but you must admit that it will be nice to have some kind of “spies” who will look for and even try to fix the wrong decisions, in addition, they will also troll the organizers for organizational money.
- ARG is a game in the plot of which, in principle, there may be small spaces. But we must not forget that in every story there is a beginning, there is an end and there is a plot connecting both of these parts. You need to think through at least two moves ahead - in no case should you let things slip. In addition, any such game is somehow connected with the Internet - therefore, do not forget about the links. Therefore, with a responsible approach, you need to start from the end.
Instead of a conclusion
ARG is a new, powerful tool for social interaction. With proper allocation of funds, you can get incredible results. Millions of people around the world solve such puzzles, every minute doubting the unreality of what is happening.
And finally, I note that ARG is not a game. Everything is real here - sites, phone numbers, places and sometimes even people. Participants do not know the rules - they rely on their own mistakes.
