Google Voice in Russia

Last month, news appeared about testing Google Voice in Europe ( http://habrahabr.ru/blogs/voip/128829/ ). The opinion was expressed that this service would not be liked by the Big Three, and as a result, its appearance in Russia was in question.
This week, in the GMail web interface, I saw an invitation to make free phone calls. Very few details with tariffs under the cut.

Of course, I accepted the invitation and clicked on the message. A link “Dial number” appeared.

Pressing, on which, calls the dial keypad in the lower right corner of the page.

Unfortunately, calls from the USA and Canada to the same countries are free.
