Decision made in the case of the distribution of domain names in a domain.RF

On July 1, the FAS court session was held in the case of offenses committed by the Ru-Center registrar in the process of domain registration in the zone. The Antimonopoly Service has terminated consideration of the case against all actors, except for CJSC RSIC and ANO RSIC. The activities of CJSC RSIC and ANO RSIC revealed violations of part 1 of article 11, part 3 of article 11 and part 1 of article 14 of the Law on Protection of Competition. FAS obliged CJSC RSIC to transfer illegally obtained income in the amount of 239 360 212 rubles to the budget of the Russian Federation. The materials of the case will be transferred to law enforcement agencies, where the issue of bringing the registrar to criminal liability will be discussed.
