Voice recorder with tags and map for iPhone

    imageGood day to all.

About a week and a half ago, we released another voice recorder for the iPhone, its Russian version is called “Voice recorder with tags and a map” (yes, I’m the captain) and is available at http://itunes.apple.com/en/app/id425144486?mt=8

I just see how, after reading the first sentences, many people rewind down and minus the topic, muttering “Vooot, what the hell did it, why write about it, there is a standard one, there are a lot of free and not so much in the AppStore, another clone”.

For many, yes, at first glance - an ordinary voice recorder, well, it writes, well, it sends files to e-mail - so anyone, even the standard one, does it. Well, you can fill in Dropbox to yourself, even if several other paid ones can do it too. What else is there? To share records so that you can reach them directly from a computer, without any aityuns, just by wifi? Okay, persuaded. But because of this do your bike?

This entire functionality, as well as just the ability to record, is understandable. But not for this we developed the application. I myself needed a dictaphone somehow to record reports at conferences, and I wanted to add tags to the recording, search by them, and put a mark on the map.

Everything, nothing else I needed. But, to my surprise - this was not found. In many, it was possible to process sound directly in the application, sort out by daddies - but tags could not be added, there was no banal location either. Therefore, we decided to make our application with um ... tags and a map. And they also called it captainly :)

What can it do? I will give a description from iTunes.

    - Sound recording with noise reduction and the possibility of pause
    - Support for multitasking - Sound recording in a minimized state!
    - An infinite number of tags can be added to each record, both in the recording time and during editing.
    - Positioning based on GPS, GSM or WiFi connection data
    - Search by name or tags.
    - Presentation of records on the map for more convenient access to records by location
    - Simple playback of files with pause and rewind
    - Ability to add your own description to any record
    - Built-in sending emails with attached files (up to 15 MB)
    - Integration with Dropbox.com - directly possible upload an entry from your application to your Dropbox account. The file will be saved in the “Tagged Recorder” folder.
    - Shared recording folder via WiFi - files can be accessed from any device on the network using a browser. You can download any recording to your computer.

As always, I have 10 promotional codes in stock for hawkers. Knock on the PM.

Yes, I completely forgot. We used the standard animation when deleting the record (how the photos are collapsed into the basket in the Photos application default), and for the first time we did not miss - the use of private api. The fact is generally known about the Private API, but before we did not come across what Apple meant by this.

If you have any questions on the development, publication, etc. - ask, I will answer with pleasure.
