Thanks to the “Call Cheaper” tariff, Muscovites can get acquainted with high-quality mobile communications at a bargain price. With this tariff, people spending the summer months in the country will be able to communicate more often with their relatives, vacationers - to share their impressions of the Black Sea resorts.
