Prices for the first iPad reduced by $ 100

After yesterday's announcement of the iPad 2, Apple cut prices on the entire line of the first product of this series by $ 100 .
    • iPad with Wi-Fi 16GB (first generation) 399 $
    • iPad with Wi-Fi 32GB (first generation) $ 499
    • iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G 16GB (first generation) $ 529
    • iPad with Wi-Fi 64GB (first generation) $ 599
    • iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G 32GB (first generation) $ 629
    • iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G 64GB (first generation) $ 729
Reducing the price of older models, in my opinion, is not enough to make them a bargain in the light of the news presented yesterday. For me personally, as, probably, for most, the advantages of the new model greatly overlap the large memory capacity for the same money.

But the younger model, which now falls into the lower price segment ($ 399 for a new device, $ 349 for "Certified Refurbished", which means, probably, no more than $ 300 for a B.U. from "mint quality" on eBay), on my view is getting interesting.
This price makes the tablet attractive for that category of people who are not sure about the need for such a device, but want to try it without spending too much money. Or who needs a tablet, but finances are running out.
