Results of the Miss Sys contest in Habré

Hi, Habr. Four months ago, from April 4 to 14, we held a contest here - Miss Sys Rus . You are probably wondering how it all ended after the announcement of the winners?

But nothing! The organizers simply scored on their promises. And they scored very ugly.

On May 3, an e-mail was received from Lavrentiy Kutsiya with a question whether we had already received prizes
on May 16 in the PM Jan Ostas, who was in charge of the contest, said to our question that the prizes had already been sent.

We decided to give time, knowing our mail and understanding that people may have inconsistencies and delays. Sometimes, just in case, we call the post office to find out if there was a parcel. More than two months later, July 22we remind the organizers about ourselves and we get the answer that no one sent the prizes “due to customs problems”, and after that they say that delivery is very expensive and that price isn’t comfortable (there was no condition on the competition site that only Muscovites).

We wait another 20 days and write a topic on Habr. No one answers our questions over these 20 days. Apparently, the company decided that just enough to score. And not only for us - some other girls, too, were left without well-deserved presents.

It’s not a matter of prizes, but empty promises. And the fact that such a seemingly serious company was simply engaged in a scam.
