The cheapest coworking in Moscow

    35.56 KBSome companies really like Habrahabr, almost like you,% username%. They love so much that they do not compose standard advertising texts, which all the same mercilessly zamusunut, and come up with how to please the users and please them. One small coworking office on Belorusskaya , for example, decided that if a habruiser was established in the office, then this was a success, and therefore decided to lure the habrahabra with the lowest prices for renting a workplace - after reading this post until the end it would cost only 4,500 rubles a month.

    ATN has been leasing jobs at its coworking center for almost two years now, from the end of 2008. Unfortunately, the prices of that time were no longer left - inflation in our country is the only indicator showing a stably impressive dynamics, and the greed of business center owners is growing even faster - so this post might not exist. But still Co-Working No. 1 (it’s not me who came up with such a modest name) continues its work on Belorusskaya - and even offers special conditions for Habr. But first, a slight digression.

    Who needs it

    What is coworking, I think everyone is in the know - you are not renting walls, air and hemorrhoids to maintain an office in order, but only what you need - a chair, a table and the Internet. As a rule, this is a good option for single freelancers or working in small teams. The main advantages of coworking for them are the ability to clearly distinguish between work and personal life, work and home, work time and rest (this is all the first plus), and - in the case of a team - the ability to work together, which is absolutely necessary when solving certain tasks (well not sitting in cafes, if the need for workers rallies regularly arises - this is not serious).

    But, of course, coworking is not for everyone. If you have a team of five or more people, it may be more profitable to already attend to your premises. Creative atmosphere - a creative atmosphere, but if people around you are busy with completely different things than you, then this can begin to be very distracting. However, this is all individual. At different times, a web-studio, an online advertising agency, an online store, SEO-employees, a consulting company (and really, why do they need an office? Telephone and long language - these are the weapons of the consultant) worked and work in the “Number 1” coworking center: marketing agency and many others.

    The list of amenities, on the one hand, is standard for any office, on the other - you don’t need to worry about their provision and support - these are the problems of the landlord.

    So, in the ATN office, I found the following:
    • condo - the fan is good, and the air conditioning is better. Does every freelancer have air conditioning at home? So what are you waiting for - go to the office to work already!
    • unlimited wi-fi with a speed of up to 2 megabits and the ability to disperse up to 10 megabits / sec;
    • water - unlimited cooler;
    • printer and scanner without restriction (no need to bring your own paper);
    • working hours from 8:00;
    • and for those who get up so early only when they don’t go to bed at all, they can work around the clock; round-the-clock security, as expected;
    • table, chair, bedside table and a cell for storing documents;
    • At the workplace, you can use several computers - their number is not regulated in any way - it would fit into the allotted 120 cm of table width:

    • and the minimum necessary set of secretarial services - receiving and sorting correspondence at the reception;
    • 700 meters from the Belorussian Ring;
    • 7 cafes and 2 dining rooms within 5 minutes walking distance;
    • and 4,500 rubles a month for that.

    Among the shortcomings is a tricky route from the metro: it seems to be nearby, but it’s really about ten minutes to go. Landmark - Golden Palace, do not pass. Another minus is the lack of a meeting room. For communication not directly behind the workplace, you need to rent a meeting room in a nearby business center or, again, to meet in a cafe :)

    How comfortable is it to work there? I was in this center quite late in the evening, and I could not assess the noise of the office during working hours. Therefore, if you are planning to see this option for yourself, I advise you to go in the morning, when you are still in place, to figure out how comfortable it will be to work in an open-space environment.

    The conditions for Habr are very loyal: giving an invite, raising karma and even confirming your registration is optional. Although karma can still be raised.
