Yandex.Maps API is now VKontakte

We were repeatedly asked about the possibility of using the Yandex.Maps API for applications of the popular VKontakte social network . Until today, this could not be done without violating the terms of both services - do not use links to external resources (a requirement for VK applications) and do not delete the link to the Terms of Use in the Yandex.Mart API.
Now we are pleased to announce that it has become possible to embed the map in VKontakte applications . When developing an application with the Maps API, you must connect a module that corrects the link to the terms of use and refers to the corresponding text on the VKontakte page .
An example application with a map: “ Friends Map ” - on it you can see a map with cities and tags with the number of friends from this city.
In addition, it should be noted that a map appeared in the social network itself: in Meetings you can now see where an appointment is held or schedule an appointment by indicating a place on the map.
