Electronic queue at Sberbank

    Not so long ago, in the branch of Sberbank, which I regularly visit, they established an “electronic line-up” - they hung a billboard over the windows of the operators, which displays the customer’s number, and at the entrance to the bank they suggest taking a ticket with this same number. Waiting in line immediately became much more positive - before, someone regularly forgot who they were standing behind or disappeared. Now the problem is removed.

    However, there are a couple of jambs - the developers of the system, if you are here, write down the bugs:

    1. The buttons for receiving numbers (using a terminal with a touch screen) do not look like buttons, instead of them there are slightly convex blue circles. Therefore, customers who are not experienced in dealing with such equipment are often prompted - “click on the blue thing and release it”;

    2. There are no utility bills in the list of available operations. Of course, there are “banking operations” there, but not all visitors know that paying for an apartment is a banking operation;

    3. The buttons are triggered to release, so people sometimes press the button and hold it for a long time in anticipation of a ticket with a number.
