Theses: In modern marketing, the ability to timely identify customer needs and predict their behavior is the key to future customer loyalty to the company. The more the client used the services / products of the company, the more information about his preferences is known and the more accurate the forecasts of his current needs will be. To build sustainable long-term relationships with customers, it is necessary to organize an effective strategy for interacting with them, based on the identification of their needs, taking into account the entire history of interaction.
