The author of the book ExtJs in Action Jesus Garcia presents a very detailed 49-minute screencast with a lot of visual diagrams, recorded in 20 hours of material that he will present later

The screencast itself in English, but a lot of diagrams and code (recall in HD quality), so I think will be understood by most.
