Every man in his heart is a boy, and all the boys love to play war.
That is why, on the eve of the most masculine holiday, the hh.ru research service decided to find out what role each of our users takes to themselves in this “war”.
It all started with the question: who would you serve if you had to defend your homeland.
And even here there was a surprise - along with such stably attractive professions for men as sniper or aviator, the military engineer and partisan made their way into the top three!
Moreover, if the appearance of the first can be explained by the desire of potential defenders of the homeland to realize the military-accounting specialty obtained at the military departments, we could justify the craving for going to the partisan underground only with the new passion of books and cinema for future apocalypses in which the role of a lone stalker is assigned to a person.
It is also curious that the dream of becoming an astronaut still remained in the list of leaders, albeit having surrendered the position of the first Soviet dream.
As for women, the answers to the question “Who would you like to see your man” did not surprise us. The beautiful half still prefers pilots and fighters of special units. An exception is made only for military engineers who took an honorable third place.
Next we wonderedhow men's ideas about the ideal military profession are changing depending on the real profession of the respondents.
The sniper specialty was also the absolute record holder. Employees of the media, sales, IT, marketing and advertising, banks and many other industries dream of a rifle with a telescopic sight.
But this is not the most interesting.
It turned out to be curious that in the event of war many modern men are ready to use their existing skills for the benefit of the armed forces and make their current military specialty .
For example, education and training workers are not against becoming scouts, and logistics representatives are ready to join the partisans.
So there is reason to take a fresh look at your colleague in the office.
Among the free answers to the question, who would you like to become if you had to defend your homeland, the answers were received:
