Yandex.Mail: Consumer Satisfaction Survey. Poll
Hello Collective Mind!
We, two students, decided to conduct an online survey when performing the test work on the subject of “quality management”. In particular, by measuring, in the best sense of the word, customer satisfaction. The object of the study was the web-based email service from Yandex - Yandex.Mail. According to the data received, a corresponding article will be published.
And here is a link to a concise survey , answering the questions of which you can satisfy students very well.
We are not employees or competitors of Yandex in the free web-mail market.
Compliance with the requirements of teachers to design a survey
The first page polls users for the importance of each quality indicator for them. The importance is fixed by an appropriate assessment opposite each of the parameters.
Scale of importance of quality indicators for the user | Rating |
---|---|
Never mind | one |
Not important | 2 |
Not important enough | 3 |
Important | four |
Very important | five |
The second page assesses the quality of Yandex.Mail. A feature here is that the quality assessment is carried out not of a segment, but of a specific object.
Quality assessment by the user of the quality object | Rating |
---|---|
poorly | one |
Unsatisfactory | 2 |
Satisfactorily | 3 |
Good | four |
Very good | five |
The differences between the polls are that the former is concerned with figuring out which options you select in order of importance. And the second one will find out how qualitatively in your understanding they are present de facto.
