Does a paper scientific article publish a simple redirect link instead of a long unreadable original address?

The question is vital for me.
As a graduate student, I am writing an article now and periodically suffer. One reason is long unreadable links. In an electronic article there is no difference what is under the anchor. But for paper it is very important.

    For example:
    kes.stcompany.ru/press/news?p_p_id=STC_LISTER_LIGHT_WAR_stclisterlight&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=normal&p_p_mode=view&p_p_col_id=column-2&p_p_col_count=1&_STC_LISTER_LIGHT_WAR_stclisterlight_show=true&_STC_LISTER_LIGHT_WAR_stclisterlight_articleId=67488

Publish a footnote, of course, possible. But the interested person will go crazy until he picks it all up. But there are, after all, more complicated and authentic ...
A simple solution is to create a redirect. For example, put in footnote rambocat.chat.ru, which will automatically revert to the original. So here comes the care of the reader from paper. Original addresses can be disclosed at the end.

Of course, the rules of scientific publications are very strict. But after all, they were formed quite a long time ago.
What do you think about such redirects?
