Organization of working time with color
I propose another option to make yourself more organized and do everything. I made several calendars, and painted them with different colors. Making a new entry for the day, I select a calendar and the event acquires the color of the calendar. Now I can accurately distribute my time - when I need to be in the office, when I need to call, and when to go somewhere. Made on iCal (MacOS) but I think other calendars also support this.
